    In July 2018, a course for foreign diplomats from partnership countries was held in Seoul by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The course aimed to promote cooperation between Korea and its partnership countries. After participating in this course, Mr. Du Hong Quang, Deputy Director of Phu Tho Department of Foreign Affairs from Vietnam has written an article about the aspiration for peace on the Korean peninsula.
