• Jail sentence for Vietnamese suspect in DPRK citizen’s death

    The Shah Alam High Court in Selangor state of Malaysia on April 1 sentenced Vietnamese Doan Thi Huong, a suspect in the murder of a man holding a Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) passport with the name of Kim Chol, to three years and four months imprisonment.

    The Shah Alam High Court of Malaysia announced on July 28 that the trial of Vietnamese citizen Doan Thi Huong and Indonesian citizen Siti Aisyah, the suspects in the murder of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) citizen Kim Chol, will last for 23 days, till the end of this November.
